Role

This role is part of a new and growing team within Endsleigh and will be responsible for delivering lead generation and meeting key targets. Some key accountabilities will include: • Achieve personal operational targets – new business meetings and lead generation. • Creating, sourcing, updating, and owning internal databases to manage enquiries. • Reacting to market conditions to use initiative to campaign an opportunity • Working with the leadership team to plan campaigns that maximise enquiry generation. • Reporting on progress of campaigns on a monthly basis. • To thoroughly understand the various business models that exist within B2B and apply these when prospecting new customers. • Achieve exceptional customer service by treating customers fairly, keeping them informed and managing their expectations. • Listen to prospects and customers, ensuring that communication with them is clear, fair and not misleading. Try to build rapport and have ‘real’ conversations. • Generate ideas and initiatives to improve the service we deliver to our affinity partners and fully embrace Endsleigh behaviours. • Working with team members to ensure that all work is completed within the service level agreements set.

Person

The Lead Generator will be able to demonstrate: • Experience in a sales environment is, although not essentially in a business to business environment. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to understand people in order to build rapport, and adapt styles of communication accordingly. • The ability to manage own diary and workload effectively • The ability to work to tight deadlines with accuracy of work. • Strong customer service skills • To be confident in communicating effectively at all levels
